- Review contractor procurement procedures/documentation
- Review monitoring procedures/documentation
- Review contractors invoices and documentation
- Review force labor/force equipment documentation/rates
- Assist in formulating, reviewing, and tracking
of Project Worksheet documentation
- Insure that all eligible costs have been
identified
- Insure that all documents are in strict
compliance with FEMA guidelines and regulations
- Assist in identification of 406 Mitigation
Projects
- Assist in Reconciliation of FEMA/insurance
company damage/repair assessments
- Develop a source of funds for projects
- Follow up with State/insurance company to
ensure timely payments
- Prepare and review Summary of Documentation
for and assist FEMA/State inspector with the Final Inspection

- Attempt to resolve potential appeal issues
