Assist JPPSS in maximizing funding from FEMA, insurance, CDBG and

Perform
study of the reimbursement process in order to capture and properly allocate
all eligible post disaster funding from the Federal Highway Administration
and FEMA. The study included quality control/quality assurance measures in
addition to flow-chart tracking each aspect of damage identification, documentation,
